Welcome! People in St. Louis have been enjoying the fine and fun art of Israeli folk dancing since the 1970s, and we don’t plan to stop any time soon. We are a small group—men and women, Americans and Israelis—who dance for the fun of it. We range in age from pre-teens to senior citizens. We welcome newcomers and out-of-town visitors. And, by the way, you don’t have to be Jewish to catch the Israeli dancing bug. IFD-St. Louis meets on Thursday evenings at Solomon Schechter Day School, 348 S. Mason Rd., in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
